Bolton offering a wide range of bespoke solutions, from Traditional Signage and
Vinyl
Graphics through to Digital Screens.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing business.
The ideal candidate will have good all-round sign & print experience in a fast-paced,
customer-orientated environment and strong management/supervisory experience.
Experience of Signlab, Graphic Design (Adobe Suite inc Illustrator & Photoshop), CMS
or Digital Signage is advantageous, but not essential as training will be
provided.
This is an amazing opportunity to join and manage a dynamic team, where no two
days
will be the same. As a flexible and multi-skilled Signs & Graphics Installer, you will have
a keen eye for detail where one day you'll be Designing and Weeding, the next
installing Vehicle Graphics or Digital Signage Screens.
Based in Bolton, the role will be mainly local with some UK wide travel and
occasional
out of hours /overnight work.

General areas of responsibility include:

Maintaining relationships with suppliers

Generating new and repeat business opportunities and promoting brand awareness

On-site installation
8
Providing creative technical input into quotes
8
Coach and mentor team members
8
Managing the team and making sure they hit their KPIs
8
Championing best practice & continuous improvement
8
Reporting to the Director
The individual must:
8
Have a proven background in industrial signage
8
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
8
Be articulate and well presented
8
Possess strong leadership skills and have managerial/supervisory experience
8
Hold a full driving licence
8
Be extremely driven to succeed

Business Development Manager
Graphic Designer/Digital Print Operator
Wigan, Greater Manchester
We are looking to recruit an experienced, organised and committed
graphic designer. The candidate must be able to organize workflow
and be adaptable to the ever changing demands of customers and
work schedules
Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator is a necessity.
Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
is a must. Past experience of using Mimaki printers and vinyl plotters
is a necessity for this role.
A knowledge of sign making, graphic fitting and different media types
would prove a distinct advantage.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm, with the position based at our
Wigan branch office. Salary dependent on experience.
