UK Graphics Awards and Thrive in Print conference celebrate wide format industry
Project management software provider Vism along with Fespa UK Association have announced further details about the UK Graphic Awards and Thrive in Print conference. These new events designed to celebrate and share the achievements of the wide format graphics print and installation industry, will be held at Oulton Hall, Leeds on Tuesday 15 September 2020. Be Bold is the theme of the awards and the 12 categories have been designed to showcase the best in creativity and impact of projects across several ndustries including awards for projects of any shape or size within live events and exhibitions, retail graphics, roll outs, experiential, interiors and museums/galleries. An overall award will be given for best in show. Categories for company initiatives and developments include sustainability
 he International Sign Association-UK (ISA-UK) is introducing a new award scheme for 2020. With a date and venue to be confirmed, the ISA-UK Sign & Print Awards will take place at a central UK location in the autumn.   Director David Catanach says: “Over the past 18 months the Association has gone through a period of significant change and growth, including establishing an exciting partnership with the International Sign Association based in the US.  As we continue to evolve and maintain our commitment to serving the needs of our members and the wider sign and print industry, the time is right to make some major changes to the sign awards.”   “Companies or individuals shortlisted in the ISA-UK Sign & Print Awards will be at the very top of their game; delivering exceptional work,” says president Rob Lambie. “Throughout our industry we have some phenomenally talented and creative sign makers and printers who are utilising the latest technology and materials to devise outstanding schemes.”
